What we sell

Six Bones sells raw, frozen animal bones intended as recreational chews and raw-feeding ingredients for dogs. They are a natural pet product, not food for human consumption.

Feeding and supervision

Raw bones are safe for most dogs when fed responsibly, and you agree to feed them responsibly: keep bones raw (never cook them), supervise your dog while chewing, take the bone away once it is small enough to swallow, and size bones appropriately for your dog. Do not give recreational bones to puppies on baby teeth, dogs with dental work, or dogs that gulp instead of chew.

You know your dog best. If you are unsure whether raw bones suit your dog, ask your veterinarian first. Six Bones is not responsible for injury resulting from unsupervised chewing or feeding contrary to these guidelines.

Food safety

Our bones are raw meat products. Handle them like raw meat: keep frozen until use, thaw in the fridge, wash hands and surfaces after contact, and discard bones left at room temperature for extended periods.

Delivery

We currently deliver within Toronto on weekly routes. Boxes ship frozen in insulated packaging and will hold for several hours on a doorstep. Once delivered to the address you provided, the order is your responsibility. We will confirm your delivery day by text or email before your route.

Pricing and offers

Prices are in Canadian dollars and include delivery within Toronto. The $10 first-box launch offer applies once per household, on your first box only, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time for future orders.

Refunds

If your first box is not a hit, we will make it right: tell us within 7 days of delivery at support@sixbones.to and we will replace the box or refund it. Because this is a perishable product, we cannot accept physical returns.

The usual legal things

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your order applies to it.
