What we collect
When you check delivery availability or place an order, we collect your postal code, name, email, phone number, and delivery address. We also ask about your dog (name, size, chew style) so we can pack the right bones.
Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Card numbers never touch our servers.
Like most sites, we collect basic usage data: pages visited, how far you get through our order flow, and a browser identifier stored in a first-party cookie. If you arrive from an ad, we record which ad brought you.
How we use it
To deliver your order: packing the box, arranging delivery, and texting or emailing you about your delivery day.
To measure and improve our advertising: we share order and site-activity signals (such as a hashed version of your email and phone number) with Meta through its Conversions API so we can measure whether our ads work. Hashing means Meta receives a scrambled fingerprint, not your readable email.
To improve the site: understanding where visitors drop off helps us make the experience better.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers needed to run the business: Stripe (payments), Railway (hosting), and Meta (advertising measurement).
Cookies
We use a small number of first-party cookies: one to remember your session, and one browser identifier used for advertising measurement. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email support@sixbones.to and we will handle it within 30 days. Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) applies to everything we do.
Retention and security
Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting and warranty purposes. Data is stored on servers with encryption in transit, and access is limited to the people who run Six Bones.
